Job Description:
Daily:
Meet daily sales effort targets in direct mailing, postings in LinkedIn, group postings for the specific zone/region.
Following up with enquiries and handling queries/ escalating difficult queries and in- house to AM/sales specialist/PM.
Present the daily figures to the team lead/AM.
Weekly:
Download the data for the specific program/confirmations in respective locations.(Fortnightly).
Post confirmation follows up as per plan.
Follow up mails to old enquiries.
Sending last program feedback to all enquiries for the respective programs.
Post training follow ups with Alumni.
Follow up for the outstanding payment and forward the tracking sheet to AM.
Prepare the individual performance sheet for the week and forward to the team lead/AM.
Prepare profitability sheets for programs in their location and send it to accounts/AM.
Monthly:
Prepare the monthly sheet for the respective region/zone.
Send monthly mailers to database.
Other Skills:
Excellent communication and coordination skills, should have good command over the English.
Planning and organizing skills.
