Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
Responding to customer queries over the email and following end-to-end process for further follow ups.
Contacting prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
Collaborate with Sales Supervisor to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
Ensure compliance on lead follow-up process by using CRM.
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e- mail cross-sell and up-sell.
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices and do necessary negotiation.
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
Demonstrate initiative taking capabilities to improve team's productivity.
