Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or by Email
- Direct customer inquiries to appropriate consultant
- Probe to understand customers query and direct call to appropriate department.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Set up new customer accounts
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
